Wheel Powder Coating

Wheels take the worst of it — brake dust, road salt, curb rash and chips. Powder coating lays down a finish that's far tougher than paint and looks incredible doing it. Any color, any finish.

Why Powder Coat Wheels

A Finish That Survives the Road

Factory paint and clear coat chip, peel, and fade — especially on wheels, which live in a constant bath of heat, brake dust and grit. Powder coating bonds into a thick, even shell that resists chips, chemicals and corrosion, so your wheels keep looking sharp for years instead of months.

We blast each wheel back to bare metal first, so the new finish bonds to clean metal — not over old, failing coating. That prep is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that flakes. (See our guide: How to Prep Wheels for Powder Coating.)

What It Costs

How Wheel Pricing Works

Wheel pricing depends on size, finish, and prep — a clean set of four standard wheels in a single gloss color is the most affordable; multi-stage candy or two-tone finishes and heavily corroded wheels take more work. The honest answer is that every set is a little different, so the fastest way to a real number is to text us a photo. We'll come back with exact pricing and turnaround.
