If It's Metal, We Can Coat It
A few of the most common pieces that come through our shop.
Materials we work with:
Metal only. All non-metal parts — nylon, plastic, gaskets, and cast aluminum — must be removed before powder coating. Items needing non-metal parts removed are subject to an additional fee.
Big-Format Capacity
Our line handles oversized work most local shops simply can't fit.
Up to ~25 feet in length. Long railings, fence panels, structural steel, and oversized fabrication — coated in one piece, in-house.
How It Works
Four steps to a finish that holds up to weather, wear, and time.
Every piece is sandblasted to bare metal and cleaned to remove rust, oil, and old coatings.
Powder is electrostatically applied for an even, complete coat across every surface and edge.
Parts are baked in our oven so the powder flows and bonds into one solid, durable shell.
We check every finish for quality before it heads back to you — ready to install and use.

Good to Know
From durability to pricing — and how the whole thing works.
Paint is a wet finish that air-dries. Powder coating is a dry powder applied electrostatically and then baked in an oven, where it melts and bonds into one tough, uniform shell. The result resists chips, scratches, fading, and rust far better — typically lasting 3–5 times longer than conventional paint.
For most items, many years — it holds up to weather, UV, chemicals, and daily wear. Outdoor pieces like railings and patio furniture keep their color and gloss far longer than painted ones.
We coat virtually any metal: iron, steel, aluminum, stainless, copper, and brass. It must be metal only — all non-metal parts (nylon, plastic, gaskets, cast aluminum) have to be removed first. If we remove them for you, an additional fee applies.
Powder-coating price depends on the part's size, condition, prep/sandblasting needed, color/finish, and quantity — so we quote per job. Sandblasting is $150/hour. The fastest way to a number: text a photo of your part to (931) 802-6001 and we'll get right back to you.
